Tell me that I am not the only one with a tiny bit of a Matcha obsession... I adore everything with Matcha, including Matcha biscuit, chocolate, sweets etc. I am actually eating some Matcha chocolate as I type this... Every time I go to a bubble tea shop, my go to drink is Matcha Tea with Red Bean. However, since it's about £3.45 per cup, it doesn't make financial sense to buy it everyday (sadly). So I have been looking for alternative ways to feed this addiction.

Which brings me to DreamMatcha. They very kindly provided me a sample of their Matcha Tea to try and I have been loving it! For those of you that are not familiar with how to make Matcha tea, I have reached out to the brand to ask them the best way to create Matcha tea and they have provided me with some tips.

To make an enjoyable cup of Matcha tea:
1. Use 2/3 teaspoon of Matcha tea per cup
2. Use warm water instead of hot (about 15 seconds before the kettle boil)
3. Mix the water and tea powder together with a whisk or a fork

That's it, it's as easy as 1, 2, 3...!

I have been looking and attempting other Matcha tea recipes as well and I will bring you the recipes I like in my future updates. At the moment, I really want to try and make some Matcha biscuits because I had some from Japan Centre and it was so freaking delicious.

If you are a Matcha fanatic like me, I would highly recommend checking out DreamMatcha
