The other week I posted a blog about my room and people seems to like so I thought I might as well show you my make-up and nail polish collection and how I store all my stuff.
I brought this grey floral pattern storage box from WHSmith because I thought it would be useful considering my room doesn't have any storage space. I think the box is about £10. Also the plastic thing that I use to keep all my brushes and lipstick in is from Tesco's stationary section. It's about £3-4. I brought another one for my actual stationary too. It's so useful because you can spin it. All those Steamcream and Lush pots are empty but I forgot to put them away... I don't know why I have tea bags there, I have been meaning to try them out.
This side is my MAC and L'Oreal lipsticks. I wrote a review about L'Oreal Paris Rouge Caresse - Rose Mademoiselle, MAC Costa Chic and MAC Hue.
You know I love Revlon Kissable Balm Stains. It all started with Honey but then it grew into Rendezvous and Lip Butter. I haven't reviewed Crush and Lovesick yet but be sure to see that coming up sometimes soon.
I do love a bit of Revlon Lip Butter. I still haven't got around to do a post about Lollipop yet but I love it.
There's also a bit of Rimmel Kate Moss lipstick and Revlon matte lipstick in Pink Pout which you can't really see. My mini Benefit They're Real! which I reviewed here. It's a bit of a love and hate. I thought I hated it, so I sell the bigger size and decided that I actually really like it... There are some eye liners, eye primer etc.
I actually really like these lip glosses and I brought them from Boots, only to discover that FragranceDirect have them for like £2.99 instead of £7.99.
First section is for my blushers. The first blusher I have ever used was that Rimmel one and then I moved on to Bourjois and then MAC and then Sleek. Though, I have been using MAC Melba and Sleek Rose Gold a lot. Yes, more lips stuff. Carmex, Vaseline, Figs & Rouge, Tony Moly, Korres and Lush. The third section is of the stuff that I don't really know where else to put. Originally they are supposed to be for highlighters...but now they just have L'Occitane hand creams and Bio-Oil added in there instead.
The left hand side is my eye shadow stuff, mostly from MUA, Rimmel and Maybelline. The right hand side is my actual face things like foundation, BB cream, powder, primer and concealer. Things that are at the back are just the stuff that I don't really use that often...if ever. Maybelline Dream Matte Mouse breaks me out like there is no tomorrow.
I went through a phrase of really hating doing my nails but now I just got a little bit obsessed with buying and collecting nail polishes. There are some new ones that I just brought recently that aren't in the picture as well. I have a problem. Yes, there is some fake blood there :)
Anyway, hope you enjoy this post.
If you have a post of your room/your make-up collection please let me know because I'm nosy!
