This Korres Lip Butter has been on my wishlist for quite a while, I know it has been previously hyped up by other bloggers a few years back but I haven't been on the beauty blogging business for very long. I first heard of this from Fleur De Force.
I choose the Mango one because I love the smell of Mango. It reminds me of my holiday in Thailand. You know those yellow mango you get in Asia that you can eat with sticky rice and coconut milk. Anyway, I think this lip butter smells gorgeous without being overpowering.
Another reason for choosing this is because I'm loving orange lip at the moment. However, I find that the colour is a lot sheerer on my lips, it's barely noticeable. I love that this lip butter contains shea butter and rice wax, it does make my lips feel very hydrated.
The only thing I don't love about this lip butter is that it's in a little pot and I have to dip my finger in it to get the product. Also, it doesn't have very long staying power so I have to keep reapplying, which I don't mind.
This is how it looks on my lips, shiny with a slight tint of orange. This lip butter costs £7 on ASOS but I got it for £5.60 when ASOS was having 20% off Beauty products. Overall, I think it's a lovely product but I don't think it's worth the £7 price tag because I wanted a little bit more colour pay off. Although, I'd definitely buy another (Wild Rose or Pomegranate) if they were to have another sale.
Do you love Korres Lip Butter? Which one is your favourite?
